You moved to Citrix LAS in early 2026. It worked for a month, then suddenly, users are blocked with ‘No Licenses Available.’ Your License Server successfully registered, but it hasn’t successfully checked in for 30 days.

Symptom Matrix:

LAS Status: Online Activation Failed, Countdown: 0 Days, Port: 443 Blocked.

Architectural Root Cause:

The Citrix LAS service uses a different identity context than your browser. While you can see the portal, the local CitrixLicenseServer service is failing proxy NTLM authentication.

Surgical Fix:

Force system-wide proxy settings using netsh winhttp set proxy and whitelist https://*.citrix.network.

The April 15, 2026 deadline is a hard stop for Citrix file based licensing. [Don’t risk an outage due to connectivity drift]
